While Ms. Fonda protests the war in front of the U.S. Capitol building, fellow Vietnam war protester Sen. John Kerry decided to protest the Iraq war inside the Capital rather than run for President again.
Kerry on the Iraq war "I wanted to focus on this issue with a clarity and as much of my energy as I can."

It's questionable if left leaning "baby boomers" can ever get past the ghosts of Vietnam.

Hillary vs. Rudy Match-Up?
Based on the Jan. 19-21, 2007 CNN polls for the 2008 Presidential nomination, the match-up would be Hillary vs. Rudy.
Illinois Sen. Barack Obama is closing in on Sen. Clinton while Sen. John McCain is close behind the former New York Mayor, Rudy Giuliani.
Question: Would the country pick two New York candidates? That might not play well in Peoria.

Dark Horse Bill Richardson Joins the Race
Dem Gov. Bill Richardson of New Mexico has tossed his hat in the ring for the Dem nomination for the presidency in 2008. Read a story about that here.
